Hook Court, College Station, Texas. The construction details are given below. Wit this
letter we are requesting permission from your office to start the project.

DETAILS OF ENCLOSURE:
PLATES: Bottom plates to be 2" x 4" #2 YP treated. Top plates to be doubled 2" x 4"
utility fir or yellow pine.
STUDS: To be 2" x 4", 16" on center, to be doubled at all openings and tripled at
corners. All corners to have O.C. nailed
DOORS: Double French door
WINDOWS: Four 3" x 5" and 1" x 5 windows facing the back yard. One 2" x 6"
horizontal window facing side of the house.
HEATING AND AIRCONDITIONING: To be tied to the existing system
fk'WIRING: To be done by licensed electrician. Two additional receptacles will be added.
OUTSIDE WALL: To be Celotex Thermal ply R4 rating nailed to studs with galvanized
nail. Frame to be 4" x 8" CYP 105 siding or equal.
