These elevations are unknown and are estimated from aerial topography. Their accuracy is significant when deciding if there is
adequate depth for the sanitary sewer line. For Lots to and 2A adequate cover should be on the order of 5 feet because of the
estimated topography.
For the TCC Subdivision to accomodate Lots 1A & 2A, an 8" Pipe must be used thoughout the TCC subdivision to provide adequate cover
& be deep enough for Lots to & 2A.
"Depth of Cover is measured as the difference between top of ground and top of pipe elevation.
0 = highlighted area slope used in calculations
