State TX State TX 10/10 Page 1 of 2 Reason /Explanation for Written Interpretation Request: lege Hills is one of the most respected older neighborhoods in College Station. As a current member of the College s HOA and member of the College Hills HOA Architectural Control Committee it is disappointing to see that the city is gesting that the original master planned development that is College Hills is in conflict with the LIDO. Every single mesite" on the block has one structure per original lot, based upon feedback from the City Staff this will not be ntained in the required replat event. It is my intention to build on each of the three ADDRESSED, PLATTED lots on street. Three home plans have been APPROVED BY THE COLLEGE HILLS HOA for this location and it was only at permitting stage that conflict arrose. Before I pursue further action I would like a written response.
