PL=ning d Development Servim_ 1101 Texas Avenue, PO Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 Phone 979.764.3570 / Fax 979.764.3496 March 2, 2011 RE: Variance Case 11- 00500020 — 1520 Harvey Road Dear Mr. Taylor: The Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA) voted (4 -1) to grant the variance for the ten -foot sidewalk variance requirement, and denied the variance for the 5 -foot variance to the pedestrian walkway, for the above - referenced case. This vote was taken at the Board's regular meeting on March 1, 2011. Recourse from ZBA decisions is to a Court of Law and appeals must be made within ten (10) days of the decision, which becomes final at Thursday noon after the meeting. When a variance request is denied, the applicant may request that the ZBA rehear the request at a future date. To make a request to rehear, the applicant must submit new information that was previously not available to the Board. The request to rehear must be provided to the Administrator within ten days of the denial. Applicants must have the ZBA's approval to present the same or a similar request regarding the same property after denial of such request by the Board.
