The note shown on the final plat for Phase 11A is correct. V' 2 Acknowledged. Property owner and platting status will be provided. 3 Acknowledged. We will be creating a 20' PUE forthe storm sewer system through Lots 7 and 8. These easements are bubbled on the final plat. 4) Acknowledged. 5) Acknowledged. 'X �'/ LAO ENGINEERING: D l� You may be looking at an outdate preliminary plat. The current preliminary plat that / was dated October 20, 2010 shows a 30' Private Access Easement all on Lot 8. The private drainage easement shown on the 1' submittal has been removed. There is no need for said easement. Yes, the storm sewer will be public and we have now shown the public storm sewer in a public utility easement. (4) Acknowledged. We will pass this comment along to Kevin Sullivan / Walter P. Moore.
