(02- 00500222) Applicant: Veronica Morgan, Mitchell and Morgan, LLP. Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with the attached Staff Review Comments #2. Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Final Plat for a multi - family, residential subdivision. Limitations have been placed on this property; see notes on plat. The property is currently zoned R -4. This Final Plat complies with the approved Preliminary Plat; approved 10/17/02. Comprehensive Plan Considerations: The Land Use Plan shows this area as residential. The Thoroughfare Plan shows the extension of Central Park Lane through Lot 2. Parkland dedication will be by fee in lieu of land, as approved by the Parks Board.
