Concerning your open record request for 2323 Texas Ave S, we do not have any construction information
prior to 1990, so if the building is older than that we will not have any records. We do show that a remodel
permit was pulled in 2008 for the drive - through, and various electrical and mechanical permits were pulled
in 01, 94, 93 and 1990. If you would like copies of these permits 1 can provide them, please just let me
know.
The City will not have any records on sales figures, those may possibly found by contacting Dairy Queen
directly or checking with the Comptrollers office or Appraisal District.
