Requests are almost always from developers, and they are happy with just getting the piece of the system that affects their development. So, we typically ensure that requesters have a legitimate reason to need the information, and then release only as much as they need to engineer the infrastructure for their development. Now, what I don't know is whether the Atty General would agree with that, especially in this case. What I'd like to do is respond to this request by saying we need a more specific request, along with the rationale, so that we can provide the specific information she needs. Will that be OK? Do we ask for more specific area, or project? I think yall have handled this type of thing before.
