Please reconcile the acreage amount of the plat between the title block and Certificate of Ownership and Dedication. The acreage in the Certificate of Ownership has been revised the title block which has the correct acreage. 2. Please note that the proposed Final Plat of Phase 3 will not be able to proceed to Planning & Zoning until the Commission has approved the new Preliminary Plat. Noted. 3. Please Note: The PUE on the front of Lot 1, Block 7 has been changed to a 10' wide PUE. ENGINEERING 1. Does not appear there is enough easement on the common area adjacent to Lot 1, Block 7 to have 5.5 feet clear edge of easement to storm pipe. Additional easement width or modification of storm pipe needed. The PUE on the front of Lot 1, block 7 has been changed to a 10' wide PUE. 2. Add inlet protection to inlet on Rocky Creek Trail. Will be addressed with submittal of construction plans. 3. Water System Report — each phase needs to stand alone with existing infrastructure.
