PLANNING
1) Provide proof of authority for Leo J. Paterra to sign the Final Plat on behalf of the Texas
A&M Research Foundation.
See the attached bylaws of the TAMU Research Foundation. Article 6.5
gives the President of the Foundation the authority to sign this document.
Leo Paterra is the President of the Research Foundation.
2) Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will
constitute a completely new review.
Distances and crows feet were added on the northeast and southwest lot
line boundaries as per request of the surveyor.
ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1
Please place a note on the plat concerning the removal of the existing driveway with Phase
2.
Added Note 8 to the Plat.
GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. No comments at this time.
