The installed hydrant meets the City of College Station's minimum design standards. Static Pressure: 78 psi. Residual Pressure: 65 psi Pitot Reading: 55-60 psi Calculated flow rate was found to be 1230-1300 gpm Attached to this memo is the flow test data sheet. Enclosed is a printout of the computer flow model showing the flow of 1,003 gallons per minute at the subject property. The point of flow is represented by Junction Number 567 (see Sheet 16) which shows a residual pressure of 79.68 psi.
