Below is the summary of the revisions made per staff's comments dated November 19, 2010.
PLANNING (Reviewed by Matt Robinson, Date: November 16,2010):
COMMENT #1: Provide zoning of the property.
ACTION: Zoning of the property has been provided. See revised final plat General Surveyor Note
5.
COMMENT #2: Provide proof of signing authority for Rex Tucker on behalf of Mark Mattauer.
ACTION: An additional signature block has been added to the final plat for Mark Mettauer.
COMMENT #3: Remove building setback lines.
ACTION: Building setback lines have been removed. See revised final plat.
COMMENT #4: In the Field Notes, it appears deed from should be "SF Business Investments, LLC" to
"Rex Tucker and Mark Mettauer".
ACTION: See revised field notes.
COMMENT #5: Add "infrastructure to the" dedicate to the use of the public forever. "portion of the
Certificate of Ownership and Dedication.
ACTION: Infrastructure was included in the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication.
COMMENT #6: Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on
your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware
of will constitute a completely new review.
ACTION: No additional changes were made.

COMMENT 41: Please define V.WPr.A.E. under Note 7, abbreviations.
ACTION: See revised Note 7.
COMMENT #2: FYI: The sidewalk fund balance due at the time of filing the final plat is $11,700.00,
based on the following calculation (390 feet of frontage x 6 foot wide sidewalk x $5 / sf =
$11,700.00.)
ACTION: Duly noted. This fee will be paid at the time of filing.
