The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, October 4th, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, October 21st, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. tf One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; 67 Nineteen (19) 11 "x17" copies of the revised final plat; o~r, Parkland Dedication in the amount of $4,042 must be submitted prior to the filing of the final plat; C04- One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat (required after P&Z approval); and o One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to: P&DS_Digital-Submittal@cstx.gov. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting. http:/ANWW.Cstx.gov/PZ Please note that a Mylar original of the revised final plat will be required after P&Z approval and prior to the filing of the plat. Hudson Subdivision, Phase One - Lots 1 & 2" Revise the Certificate of Ownership & Dedication to state "..alleys, parks, infrastructure, easements.." Our records indicate that the adjacent properties are labeled incorrectly. Please confirm and revise the f flowing information: Property to the south is owned by Guadalupe J Yanez. ✓ The property labeled Lot 37-A, Block 1, is actually Lot 36-A and is owned by Joe Stanley and Jean Stephen The property labeled Lot 37-B, Block 1, is actually Lot 36-B and is owned by Joe Stanley and Jean Stephen. • The property labeled Lot 36-B, Block 1, is actually lot Lot 35-B and is owned by Joe Stanley and Jean Stephen.
