Molly,
We are in receipt of the attached notice indicating our submittal for the above
referenced final plat was incomplete. I have attached the comments sheet from the
preliminary plat and the comments received from Josh Norton. It was our
understanding that the fire flow report and documents would be needed after the final
plat was approved by P&Z but before the plat could be filed of record.
We are getting a nothing further certificate that will reflect the gap from July 6 to
Sept. 21, 2009 and will bring that up to you later this afternoon.
The tax office does not have a current tax certificate on the property id R350900 so
we provided a tax certificate on the parent tract from which this property is coming
out of. The taxes are current - i.e. not delinquent - since they are allowed to be
paid in 2 installments.
Please contact me should you have any questions. Thanks.

Re: Fire Flow Service for 10.77 Acre Tract on
South Dowling Road south of North Graham Road
Dear Mr. Cast:
We have completed the hydraulic study to provide 1,000 gallon per
minute fire flow to the proposed subdivision of the 10.77 acre
tract on South Dowling Road, south of North Graham Road.
To insure the actual flow measurement (required by the City of
College Station) meets their criteria, we recommend a 6 inch loop
be completed from South Dowling Road along North Graham Road to the
IGN 12 inch line (approximately 1,000 feet).
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Yours very truly,
7jerr F. Fontaine, P.E.
