A Preliminary Plat for the Tower Point Subdivision portion was originally approved in 2006 and was revised in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Site Development: Vacant. COMMENTS Parkland Dedication: Property is non-residential, none required. BACKGROUND The Final Plat for Lot 13B Block 3 Phase 3 is being vacated to accommodate the reconfiguration of Lot 14 Block 3, Phase 4. The proposed Final Plat of Lot 28 Block 3, Phase 3, which was formally Lot 13B, removes the portion of land that will transfer over to Lot 14. REVIEW CRITERIA Compliance with Subdivision Regulations: The Final Plat of Lot 28 Block 3, Phase 3 conforms to the configuration of Lot 13B Block 3, Phase 3 of the Preliminary Plat that was approved at the April 1, 2010 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The Vacating Plat and Final Plat are also in compliance with the Unified Development Ordinance. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS Staff recommends approval of the Vacating and Final Plat. SUPPORTING MATERIALS 1.
