the same tract of land as described by it Deed to Billie June Reece, Kathleen Dudley and Carolyn Matheson
recorded in Volume 6889, Page 190 of the Ofacial Public Records of Brazos County, Texas.
Said tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a hole in concrete found on the southwest Hue of said Lot 5 being the northeast line of
College Main (50' R.O.'W.) marking the south corner of this herein described tract;
THENCE! N 44' 13' 49" W along the northeast line of College Main for a distance of 20.06 feet to an "X"
set in concrete marking the west corner of this herein described tract. Said point marking the west corner
of said Lot 5 and the south corner of Lot 6, Block 2 of said W. C. Boyett Estate Partition;
THENCE; N 411 10" E along the common line of said Lot 5 and Lot 6 for a distance of 81.84 feet to an "X"
set in concrete marking the north corner of this herein described tract and the cast corner of said Lot 6.
For reference, a 1/2 inch iron rod found marking the north corner of Lot 7, Block 2 of said W. C. Boyett
Estate Partition bears: N 48' 11' 34" W for a distance of 54.45 feet;
THENCE; S 48' 11' 34" E along the northeast line of said Lot 5 for a distance of 20.01 feet to a 5/8 inch iron
rod set marking the east corner of this herein described tract;
THENCE: S 41° 45' 10" W through said Lot 5 for a distance of 83.22 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
containing 0.038 of an acre of land, more or less.
