Being a 0.0336-acre tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in Lot 6, Block 9, W. G Boyett Estate Partition,
an addition to the City of College Station, Texas, according to the plat recorded in Volume 100, Page 440, Deed
Records, Brazos County, Texas, and said 0.0336-acre tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a nail found at the easternmost comer of said Lot 6, which is also the easternmost comer of said
Block 9, and the intersection of the southwest right of way line of Boyett Street and the northwest right of way line of
Patricia Street;
THENCE S 44°14'00" W, along the westerly right of way line of Patricia Street, a distance of 146.40' to a nail found at
the easternmost comer of Lot 1, Block 9, W. C. Boyett Estate Partition, which is also the southernmost comer of said
Lot 6;
THENCE N 41°00'00" W, along the common boundary of said Lots 6 and 1, a distance of 10.03';
THENCE N 44°14'00" E, through said Lot 6, a distance of 146.40' to the southwest right of way line of Boyett Street;
THENCE S 41 °00'00" E, along said right of way line of Boyett Street, a distance of 10.03' to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING, containing 0.0336-acres of land more or less.
