Stephen,
Attached is a Replat that we are working up at Indian Lakes. Currently there are two platted, undeveloped
lots. We need to turn this into one lot. The City of College Station is requesting that we check with all the
utilities to get their approval to abandon the public utility easement that overlays the property line between the
two lots that will be removed. There are no utility lines in the easement.
If you could, forward me an email stating that Wellborn Water approves the removal of this easement.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Jennifer,
Below is Verizon's approval of the easement abandonment for Indian Lakes, Phase 1, Block 9, Lot 5-R2.
This should be the last thing you need from us for approval of the Final Plat.
Thanks!

Travis,
I see no need for BTU to utilize this easement in the future. You may proceed with the re-plating.
