Currently there are two platted, undeveloped lots. We need to turn this into one lot. The City of College Station is requesting that we check with all the utilities to get their approval to abandon the public utility easement that overlays the property line between the two lots that will be removed. There are no utility lines in the easement. If you could, forward me an email stating that Wellborn Water approves the removal of this easement. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
