Morgan, Mitchell & Morgan, LLP, Via fax 260-3564 FROM: Bridgette George, Assistant Development Manager SUBJECT: BARKER SUBDIVISION (PP) - Preliminary Plat Staff reviewed the above-mentioned preliminary plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Friday, August 23, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for September 5, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised preliminary plat; and, One (1) Mylar original of the revised preliminary plat. One (1) copy of the digital file of the preliminary plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please correct key map to show correct relationship to Barron Road. 2. Please show utility easement(s) for City of College Station water, sanitary sewer and power facilities along SH6 frontage. 3. Please indicate a minimum finished floor elevation for applicable structures. Reviewed by: BRETT A MCCULLY Date: 8/16/02 ELECTRICAL 1. Check for 20' electrical easement along Highway 6 side of property. If easement is non existing, one will be needed. Reviewed by: Ronnie Bolin Date:8-14-02 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans.
