15' 24" E for a distance of 2121.67 feet;
THENCE: through said 76.252 acre tract and 0.60 fed from an existing feaee fine for the following calls:
s 19" 44'39" E for a distance of 338.74 feet to a 518 inch iron rod set;
S 57° 02' 55" W for a distance of 239.81 feet to a 5/8 lack Iron rod set;
N 41. ST 47" W for a distance of 297.65 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set on the east line of Arrington Road
marking the southwest corner of this herein described tract, for reference a 12 inch Iron rod fbnnd
