Title policy is required for platting. Carol "Joe Schultz" <joeschultz84@verizon.net> 3/11/2009 7:49 AM Carol, So does this mean we can plat and develop the land? Thanks Joe Joe Schultz. P.E. Anything more formal would require a Quit Claim through Council. Please call if you have any questions. Carol Carol L. Cotter, P.E. There should be a file on it somewhere. I prln e u an Mai emal an placed in your box. Carol Matthew Hilgemeier 9/13/2010 11:06 AM Carol, I am looking at the rezoning request for 2270 Greens Prairie Road West. It looks like it includes a portion of the old Greens Prairie Rd ROW. My question is has that portion of Greens Prairie Road actually been abandoned? I can't seem to find anything in Naviline about it, and I would like to know if it will affect the rezoning request. Would you have any information about this? Thanks for the help.
