SUBJECT: 2064 RAVENSTONE LP(FP) MINOR PLAT- Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information for staff approval and filing of the
plat at the Brazos County Courthouse:
One (1) copy of the revised final plat; and,
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate
signatures.
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us

2. The measurement 5.87' should be in BOLD type.
3. This is an Amending Plat, not a Replat.
