SUBJECT: AGENCY RECORDS CONTROL (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments
and submit the following information by Friday, August 23, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next
available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for September 5, 2002, 7:00
p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
$100 Final Plat fee balance ($300 submitted for minor plat; replat is $400)
$200 Public Hearing fee
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and,
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate signatures.
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. If you have any questions or need
additional information, please call me at 764-3570.

ENGINEERING
1. In review of the Local Government Code CHAPTER 212. MUNICIPAL
REGULATION OF SUBDIVISIONS AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
SUBCHAPTER A. REGULATION OF SUBDIVISIONS § 212.016 it appears this plat
does not qualify as an Amending Plat. It therefore does not qualify as a Minor Plat.
As a Replat it must go to the Planning and Zoning Commission for approval. Please
see § 212.014 of the code for replats.
2. It appears there have been public utilities installed on Lot 1A without the benefit of
easement. Please provide an easement for the sewer line extending from Emerald
Parkway into Lot 1A.
3. Please change City planner Certificate to P&Z.
4. Please provide a survey of the property near the newly created lot line. The
subdivision of the property and any improvement(s) must meet local zoning
requirements.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer Contacts City of College Station Electrical Department to coordinate
easements for all electrical lines.

next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out
to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
