Pictures or Graphics that show where the signs will be placed on the building, Signs may not be 12" or
more above the roofline or protrude out from the building more than 12"_
The fallowing is additional information that is required for signage in the Wolf Pen Creek
('WPC), Northgate '(rata), and Overlay Districts (ON), As well as, in the City of College Station
Business Center. Approval for signs in each of these areas- is by a Special Board.
Northgate NRB (Northgate'Revitalization Board Review Subcommittee) is final reviewing body- Refer to the
Northgate Design Guidelincs and Sections 7,24 and 12 of the Zoning Ordinance for guidance,
Wolf Pen Creek- DRB (Design RevleW Hoard) is recommending body to the P&Z (;Manning and Zoning
Commission). The P&Z is the final reviewing} body. Defer to `3or;tions 7.21 and 12 of the Zoning Ordinance for
design guidance.
Overlay PRC (Project Review Committee) is the final reviewing beady for building aesthetics, including
attached signage. Section 8.19, Paragraph E; of the Zoning Ordinance places additional restrictions on
signage in the Overlay District, They state that signs may not contain more than three colors and two lettering
styles, and that one of the colors must match the predominant colors of the building. Freestanding signage is
reviewed by staff, Freestanding signs in the Overlay District may not be taller than the building,
Business Centel` - The Business Center Board is the final reviewing body. Additional signage requirements
may be found in the Business-Centers Covenants and Restrictions.
