Fee in lieu of sidewalk construction is being requested because of the following condition (if applicable):
An alternative pedestrian way or multi-use path has been or will be provided outside the right-of-way;

adherence to the sidewalk requirements of the UDO is not physically feasible or is not in keeping with the purposes
and goals of the LIDO or the City's comprehensive Plan;

mean the project is funded or projected to commence within twelve (12) months;
The proposed development is within an older residential subdivision meeting the criteria in Platting and Replatting
within Older Residential Subdivisions Section of the UDO; or
The proposed development contains frontage on a Freeway / Expressway as designated by Map 6.6, Thoroughfare
Plan - Functional Classification, in the City's Comprehensive Plan.
