Jane-
We have discussed your variance request and agree that the 100' throat depth can be waived for this particular
project; however, we are looking for at least 25 feet from pavement to the gate. This is the same depth as
what was agreed to for Second Street Apartments. And with Cherry Street now classified as a collector, we feel
this depth is particularly important to insure safe ingress and egress. Please call me or Joe Guerra if you have
any questions.

Jane-
Do you have a copy of the letter requesting the variance? I don't remember the specific reasons for the request
to pass on to Joe. A scanned copy would be fine. Sorry for any inconvenience.
