Lauren,
The attached "subsequent to" report was submitted with the preliminary
plat application for River Rock Estates. The comments we received back
are asking for a Nothing Further Certificate to be provided in addition
to the title report that was also submitted. The application asks for
something current within 90 days and this report is through January 25,
2010 (see highlighted second sheet). Is this not sufficient? Please
advise. Thanks!

Brazos County agrees with the request of the City of College Station
that the rights-of-way in both Barker Subdivision and River Rock Estates
need to be labeled, and that adjacent right of way may be required with
Barker Subdivision to make 100'.

Good afternoon, Stewart.
There are a couple items that need to be adjusted on the River Rock Preliminary Plat. Please address the
following items and turn the revised copies in by Monday. This will keep the plat on the March 18th P&Z
agenda. This will be a Consent Agenda item.
1. Parkland Dedication documents (I believe it is scheduled for the March 9 P&R Board meeting.)
2. Remove reference to any fence
3. Label the on-site well
4. Can you tell me where the Bryan right-of-way is located? I only see the electrical easement.
5. Please add the city limit line to the vicinity map along North Graham Rd.
6. One more thing, can you please identify what the uses intend for the subdivision.
