Good afternoon.
I drove around the site and there were a few locations that might be visible. However, I agree with you that it
is a very minor visibility. I agree that this facade is not "visible from a right-of-way" in regards to the brick
requirement.

through the issues with us.
With respect to the visibility of the west elevation from the right of way, please take a look at the attached
photos. I hope the city shares our viewpoint that this elevation is not practically visible from the Hwy 60 ROW.

Photo 1 is showing when first view of VP I in view.
Photo 2 is continuing down frontage road.
Photo 3 is at end of frontage road along south west property line.
