They have not repaired Louise and Cherry. I was contacted by BPI about the repairs. I have not given
them a Letter of completion for the water and sewer infrastructure. Doesn't Development Services hand
those out w/ the Dev package? I will get them a letter.

Paul,
I believe you were involved in the Tradition effort to repair the streets. Did they compete all of the street
work that they were required to perform.
Donald/John,
Not that we have anything to do with the Landscape, but are you aware of where they are related to the
status of completion. We do not have any letters of completion for any of the infrastructure. I assume
the lights that Donald indicated have not been installed would be part of the infrastructure. I seem to
remember some planters also. Are these part of our property/infrastructure?

I have two Letters of Credit for this project that will be expiring this month
1 Street Repairs $46,400.00 expires December 13
2. Landscaping $71,442.00 expires December 17
Please let me know the status.

The plat can be filed at this time without the acceptance of the infrastructure. The public utilities being
installed are a requirement of the site plan. Before a C.O. can be issued, we must accept the utilities. I
know this is confusing; but, in this case, the plat did not require any extension of utilities. We'll hold the
C.O. for utilities, not the plat. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks!

B and I found where they did pay 47,040 and still owe 92,960. But I do understand that this can not stop
me from filing the plat. And FYI Bob has not accepted the sewer and sidewalks so it will not be filed yet.

Parkland's not required with this plat. In this case, it was assessed at the time of building permit.
