Development Coordinator SUBJECT: DuckHaven Sah&p slon & TealModularHome Park -MasterDevelopmentPlan Staff reviewed the above-mentioned master development plan as requested. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, November 27, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for December 77 20001 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised master development plan; and The Mylar original of the Master Development Plan. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 764-3570. Will curb and gutter be provided, or is the developer requesting a variance to the minimum lot width of 100'? 2. Please clarify the dark line that crosses through Block 2, Lots 26 & 27, and through Block 1, Lot 40 and the designated 2.9-acre detention and sanitary sewer treatment site.
