The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, November 27, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for December 7, 2000, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature. We are considering this a minor plat. Approval will be by City Staff. Please remove the Certificate of P&Z and replace with Certificate of City Planner. 2. Please show Original Plat as it is on file (not as survey). 3. Please remove set back lines from Replat. Add note: 5. Setback lines to meet City of College Station Zoning Ordinance. 4. The underground box culvert will need to be in a Public Utility Easement. (Drainage Easements are intended for overland flow situations and have restrictions accordingly.) Please show PUE on Replat. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: 11/15/00 ELECTRICAL 1. Developer responsible for extending existing stubbed out conduit on southeast corner of property and taking it to transformer location. 2. Developer is responsible for extending conduit from transformer to the northwest corner of property along frontage road. 3. Developer responsible for installing conduit per city spec and design. 4.
