The differences are as follows: 1. Limits of Lot 1 have been revised to Lot 1A and includes previously platted Lot 8. 2. Reserve B is now being platted as part of Lot 11 and Lot 10. 3. Adding Lots IA, 9, 10, and 11 to Plat. 4. Replatting Lot 5 to Lot 5A. 5. Lot 2 has previously been replatted to Lot 2R. 6. Lot 4 has previously been replatted to Lot 4R. 7. Proposed 40' access and public utility easement north of Lot 2 as shown on preliminary plat will be a 35' private access and public utility easement. 8. Additional 30' private access easement and 50' private access and public utility easements are shown on Final Plat along Hwy. 6 By-Pass. 9. The 64' wide access and public utility easement as shown along the west property line of Reserve B on the preliminary plat will be a 35' private access and public utility easement. 10. A 20' public utility easement is shown along the north property line of Lot IA. 11. A variable width private access and public utility easement is shown along the west property line of Lot 2R. 12.
