Said 0.142 acres of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at a 1/2" iron rod found at a point along the northeast right of way line of Appomattox Drive, at a southeast corner of the 14.475 acre of the proposed Horse Haven Estates, Phase Four, and the west comer of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Horse Haven Estates, Phase Two.
