As directed by City Staff, I had conversations with the adjoining landowners about
the planned building in the southwest corner of the Covenant Presbyterian tract.
Specifically, I met with Dr. Lorie Steuber (203 Landsburg) and Shoukat Dharam (205
Landsburg). On three occasions, the owners of 201 Landsburg were never home.
After explaining the size and purpose of the building, I generally described the buffer
plans and the outdoor lighting. The owners did not have any concerns or problems with
the location of the building or the adequacy of the buffer. Dr. Steuber asked about exterior
lighting and it was explained that the exterior lighting would be limited and non-intrusive.
I provided the owners with my phone numbers in the event any questions or problems
arose during the construction or after use of the building.
