O. Box 7227 Houston, TX 77248 Subject: Cross Street Warehouse Apartments Dear Mr. Klein, Please accept my apology for the delays that you have encountered with your project. Our Division prides itself in excellent customer service and we have clearly been unsuccessful in this matter with your project up to this point, but guarantee to remedy that in the future. The first delay, resulting in the postponement of your project to a later Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, was due to our diligent staff trying to meet our strict deadlines, resulting in the advertisement of an incorrect address for this particular project. We have taken measures to help prevent this from happening in the future. The second delay was not due to our staff, but rather due to the lack of a quorum with our Planning & Zoning Commissioners. Upon staff being notified of the canceled meeting, we immediately took measures to advertise and notify your project the very next day in order to place it on the next Planning & Zoning Commission meeting in order to prevent future delays of your project. I also apologize for not notifying you of the canceled meeting in a timely manner. All of our project information is input electronically and unfortunately one of our support staff failed to put your name into our system. We have taken measures to prevent any occurrence of this in the future. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences you may have encountered with these delays. Our Division is very excited about your project and is anxiously awaiting its construction. I will be your primary contact for this development from now until completion and look forward to working with you through the planning review and approval process. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your project in the future.
