Below is the summary of the revisions made per staffs comments.
PLANNING: (Reviewed by Matt Robinsoo. March 9. 2009)
COMMENT #1: Bridle Gate Estates, Phase two is zoned R-1, Single Family
Residential. Please revise.
ACTION: See Revised Drawing.
ENGINEERING COMMENTS No. 1: (Reviewed by grika Bridges: March 6. 2009)
COMMENT #1: Our records indicate that there is a 20-ft. PUE (3397/248) adjacent
to the 30-ft Access Easement. Please verify.
ACTION: Verified the 20'P. U.E. (27101263) adjacent to the 30' Access
Easement and it is shown correctly.
COMMENT #2: Our records indicate that the recordation information for the 30-ft
Access easement is Vol. 3397, Pg. 248. Please verify.
ACTION: Vol. 3397, Pg. 248 is the 5.79 acre tract conveyed to SecurCare
Properties X, Ltd. from Kenneth L. Neatherlin. The Vol./Pg. shown
for the 30' Access Easement is correct.
COMMENT #3: Our records indicate that several of the easements shown on the
adjacent SecurCare property have different configurations or
recordation information. Please verify.
ACTION: Verified the location and recordation of all easements.
Please find attached the followings as per your request:
• One (1) 24"x36" copy of revised Rezoning Map;
• Nineteen (19) 11 "x17" copies of the revised Rezoning Map;
• The digital file of the revised rezoning Metes & Bounds was e-mailed to
P&DS_Digital_Submiftal@cstx.gov.
The mylar copy of the revised final plat and the digital file will be submitted after Planning and
Zoning approval.
