The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, July 8, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for August 18, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and, One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate signatures. One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Paid certified tax certificates must be submitted to this office in order to process the plat. 2. No other comments. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: June 26, 2002 ELECTRICAL 1. Please provide a 5' easement on Lot 22 along property line between Lot 23 for existing street light. This easement should have been included in the original plat. Page 2 of 2 MEMORANDUM July 9, 2002 TO: Planning and Zoning Commission FROM: Spencer Thompson Email: sthompson@ci.college-station.tx.us SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT - RESIDENTIAL for SUN MEADOWS LOTS 15,16,21,22 BL 4 (FP) Item: Discussion and possible action on a FINAL PLAT/ AMENDING PLAT - RESIDENTIAL for LOTS 15,16,21,22 (FP), consisting of 4 lots in Sun Meadows Subdivision Phase 1 (02-00500126) Applicant: Strong Surveying Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Amending Plat. Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of an Amending Plat for 4 residential lots in Sun Meadows Subdivision. This Amending Plat does not change any lot line(s) from the original plat. The plat is being submitted to change a 15-ft Public Drainage Easement (PDE) on Lots 15 and 22 to a 10-ft Public Utility Easement/ PDE. It also changes the PUE on Lots 16 and 21 to a PUE/ PDE. This change was prompted by an encroachment of a structure into the 15-ft PDE on Lot 21. After investigation by City Staff it was determined that the easement could be amended.
