In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, measures shall be taken to
insure that debris from construction, erosion, and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets, or existing drainage
`acilities.
All development shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the City Engineer
for the above named project. All of the applicable codes and ordinances of the City of College Station shall apply.

Storm drainage system plan with contours, street profile, inlets, storm sewer and
drainage channels, with profiles and sections. Drainage and runoff areas, and runoff
based on 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 year rain intensity. Detailed drainage structure design,
channel lining design & detention if used. One sheet must show the overall drainage
layout of the subdivision.
