The following page of staff review comments details items that will need to be addressed for construction purposes. Please submit the following information for the final plat to be filed at the Brazos County Courthouse: One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate signatures. One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 764-3570. No comments Reviewed by: ELECTRICAL Spencer Thompson Date: June 26, 2002 1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design. 2. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes (see attached Dedication Sheet). 3. Developer provides digital of plat and/or site plan for AutoCAD 2000i. Email to rbolin -ci.college-station.tx.us. 4. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed. 5. Upon completion of project surveyed sealed meets and bounds descriptive easements are necessary to release temporary blanket easement. Reviewed by: Ronnie Bolin Date:6-25-02 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans.
