The following changes were made: Rather than submit an additional set of plans showing the 28 additional parking spaces, they have been added to this plan set. Based upon what we have seen with the Home Depot site plan as well as the future retail site, we believe that these spaces may be redesigned to become part of the larger shopping center site. Because of this we have designed them as an asphalt parking lot (easier to demo than concrete) and we are requesting that we be allowed to: 1) use a temporary curb and wheel stops for curbing along the perimeter so as to avoid having to remove substantial concrete when these parking spaces are either totally reworked or incorporated as is into a larger ry" parking lot (where the curbing would be removed); 2) not install irrigation to the two islands at this time and 3) that any landscaping points required for these parking space be allowed on the restaurant side of the alley. We would agree to install irrigation, landscaping, and permanent curbing within a year if the shopping center (that will tie into this parking) is not y under construction. R The site address has been added to the site plan. r7 Please see island calculations on sheet 1, these were calculated for the original 95 spaces. Now with the additional 28 spaces we are required to have an additional 360sf of interior islands. This has been accomplished with the island area in front of spaces #96-123 with a total of (6'x9'x28') 1312 sf of landscape area. r1. An 8' solid screening fence has been placed around the dumpster on three sides. Refer to architectural plans for details. f-;Y~5. A 6" raised curb detail and pavement detail was previously submitted on Sheet 2. /6. The landscape plan specifies the size of the non-canopy trees in cane sizes on the notes. These 28 spaces will be provided on Lot 1 of the Gateway Subdivision per an agreement between Mr. Mark Dennard (Owner of Wings n' More) and Mr. Frank Mihalopoulos (Gateway Developer).
