This resubmission is required because of an incorrect listing of the property owner on the previously submitted FP. We are also transmitting by this letter a revised copy of the first page of the Final Plat Application form showing the change in ownership name from the Inez Schehin Trust to MLS Development Corporation. Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 Re: Request for Transfer of Review of MPP for Bentwood Estates from Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting of November 8, 2001 to the Meeting of November 29, 2001 Project: Bentwood Estates (MPP) - Master Preliminary Plat (1-500237) Case File 402-00500111 Dear Ms. George: a. ; (~1PNY► SAC> W__111 Picasc accept this letter which transmits 10 blue-line copies of the corrected Final Plat (FP) for the prcposed Bentwood Estates Subdivision in connection with the Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) meeting scheduled for June 20, 2002. We are also transmitting by this letter a mylar copy of the FP. As you might rcmeu,ber. the proposed subdivision is located approximately 3.5 miles south of Wellborn, Texas and is within the Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of College Station. The submitted documcn s include changes to the originally submitted Final Plat (FP) that reflect the incorporation of the sta"'re vievv comments outlined in the document entitled Staff Review Comments No. I and dated May 31, 2002. 'T'hose chwige include the following items: 1. Note ' Ius been changed to reflect the requirement that building setbacks must be according to Brazas County regulations. 2. A note and signature line for the County Judge's approval has been added since the proposed subdivision is within the ETJ. In accordance with Comment 3 of the above referenced document, we have also included an original, certified Paid Tax Certificate: tha' eras obtained from the tax office for the property on which the proposed subdivision \N III be located. The final comment, No 4, mentions that Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) permits for properties located within the ETJ should be submitted to the area office of TxDOT. We have already submitted a permit application to the local area office, and it has been approved. Finally, the transmittal cover of the Memorandum has verbiage to the effect that an electronic copy of the plat should be e-mailed to nmanhart i ci.college-station, tx _us.
