residential structure or R -1, R -1A, or R -2 zone boundary.
✓ 2. The setback from thoroughfares is determined by measuring from the centerline of the right -of -way of

a. Intermediate WTF's must be 150' from applicable thoroughfares.
b. Major WTF's must setback from applicable thoroughfares by the height of the tower x 3.

a. New transmission towers 35 feet or less in height shall be separated from existing towers by a
minimum distance of 1500 ft.
