City Engineer Jennifer Prochazka, AICP Senior Planner RE: Kyle View Estates Comments 1722 Broadmoor Suite 210 Bryan, TX 77802 Below is a listing of the comments received January 27, 2009 regarding the amending plat for the referenced project. The comments included here, along with our comments in italics below, address all the items specified within the letter. PLANNING 1) No Comment. 2) Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. None needed. ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1 1) Please provide a drawing of proposed new lot lines with existing services. Double services are to be installed to common lot lines and should not cross adjacent lots to get there. We will need to look at what services can be salvaged and what services will need to be relocated. An exhibit showing the existing services and service connections has been prepared, submitted, and approved by the engineering and utilities departments of the City of College Station. FIRE 1) 1 don't know if this goes in here now but the 24' alley coming off Treeline Dr. needs to be fire lane with marking and signage. The rest is OK. The fire lane markings and signage are included within the contract for Kyle View Estates. We will discuss the timing of the construction of the markings and signage with the contractor.
