SUBJECT: EDELWEISS BUSINESS CENTER (FP) -Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested and has no comments
except for information. Please submit the following information by Wednesday, 10:00
a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for Thursday, June 6, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers,
1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate
signatures, and;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart @ci.college- station.tx.us
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Spencer

ENGINEERING
1. No comments.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design.
2. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction
purposes (see attached Dedication Sheet).
3. Developer provides digital of plat and /or site plan for AutoCAD 2000i. Email
to rbolin ci.college- station.tx.us
4. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed.
5. Upon completion of project surveyed sealed meets and bounds
descriptive easements are necessary to release temporary blanket
easement.

Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the item as submitted.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Final Plat for a commercial lot in
the Edelweiss Business Center. The property is located along Wellborn Road, south of
Rock Prairie and is currently zoned C -1. The Covenant Presbyterian Church abuts the
property to the east. Any commercial development on the site will need to comply with
existing zoning, drainage and buffering ordinances.

soon as we receive the approved driveway permit from TxDOT and one (1) additional
