I took a quick look at the pdf. The parking number looks correct, however the uses should be lumped as
"shopping center." Make sure at least half of the landscape points are earned by canopy trees. When applying
"excess" end island square footage toward the interior island requirement, show the actual s.f. of the islands on
the plan. The front parking should be setback at least 15 feet from the property line. These are pretty general,
and things that I just couldn't tell from the plan. Overall, I think that those items look ok. Let me know if you have
