As noted on Exhibit A attached, eleven parcels were rezoned. I was notified by Natalie that she received notice from Chuck Ellison that there were several parcels not included in the city records as exhibits to the ordinance. He presented the additional seven metes and bounds description to Natalie on March 18, 2002. Natalie contacted me last week about how to handle the filing of the new exhibits. I told her that I would look at the original council packet to determine what records were approved and the ordinance that was signed and approved. If the parcels were documented and approved, we could file the additional exhibits. Susan and I met on Thursday morning, March 21 and discovered that the additional parcels were not part of the original packet. Briefly, I spoke with Harvey about this and he suggested I contact you. He mentioned that the document approved by council may have indicated all the parcels, but that the exhibits were not attached. Since I do not deal with these types of matters, I'll turn this back over to your department. Please let me know how I should handle the additional exhibits for our files. Thank you so much.
