STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS
Project: GOLDEN CORRAL (SNFC)- SIGN /FACADE (02- 00500081)
PLANNING
1. Signs in the Overlay District may include no more than three colors, one of which
must match the predominant colors of the building.
2. The existing sign appears to be taller than the building. The overlay district does not
allow for a freestanding sign to be taller than the height of the building. Once the
sign frame is removed and replaced with another one, it will loose its non-
conforming status and the sign will have to come into compliance with the Overlay
District regulations.
3. Color and material samples must be provided for all colors / materials proposed.
4. Please provide a site plan showing the amount of frontage that the property has on
University Drive.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,
must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on
these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
