Re: Dartmouth Extention
Donald is handling the Dartmouth Extension project. It is in final design stage and Kling is surveying for
right-of-way and easements. If the proposed development is planned along the roadway, is there a
possibility to get a dedication of land or participation with roadway costs.

Hi Bob,
I'm working on the rezoning case on Krenek Tap. The property and proposed development will border the
future Dartmouth extention. We will require that the major access points to come off of Dartmouth. When
do ya'II expect to start and end construction of the extention? Just wanted the info for the staff report and
any P&Z questions that may arise.
Thanks,
Shauna
