NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a REZONING request
for the following property:
Applicant: SAHARA REALTY GROUP
Subject Prope=. Approximately 3.51 acres located on the north side of the
intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Munson Avenue.
(See attached location map.)
Proposed Zoning: From R-4 Apartment Low Density and
R-IA Single Family Residential to
PDD-H Planned Development District - Housing. The
proposal is to build a mix of housing types including
single family, duplex and triplex units. A development
plan is available for review at the Development Services
Office in City Hall located at 1101 Texas Avenue South.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March
2, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a public
hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday,
March 23, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearings will be held in the City Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject
property have received notification of this request.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

to the development plan. The City Council held a public hearing on Thursday, April 13,
2000 and tabled the item. The item will be reconsidered by the City Council on May 11,
2000 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South,
College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject
property have received notification of this request.
