At the time I reviewed the construction drawings for Alexandria Ph 5 and Westfield Village Ph 1 you specifically stated an easement would appear on this plat or the owner would dedicate the greenway. Since the owner wishes to file this plat prior to dedication of the greenway, an easement for the public drainage structure must appear on this plat. The plat can not be filed with out it. According to Brett, the easement does not have to appear on the plat since it falls outside the plat boundary. The easement is in our process and can be considered as meeting requirements. However, the plat states that the property the easement falls on is "City of College Station Greenway". This statement is not factual and needs to be removed. st Spencer G. Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 RE: Alexandria Phase 5 Drainage Analysis Dear Mr. Thompson: Detention requirements and storm sewer design for Alexandria Phase 5 were analyzed during the development of Alexandria Phases 1 and 2. The report titled Drainage Report for Alexandria Subdivision dated November, 1999 developed the preliminary storm sewer design parameters for this phase of construction. Detailed design of Phase 5 matches the original design assumptions for this drainage report. Please contact me should you have any questions.
